Go head to head in a national forestry quiz battle!
The Quiz Bowl is a fun and friendly academic competition, challenging the participants’ (and audience’s!) forestry knowledge. This event will be taking place on the evening of September 17th at the Pomeroy Hotel & Conference Centre in Grande Prairie, AB. Test your forestry knowledge - register your team by September 7th!

The nomination deadline for all National Awards is June 1st

The Awards Banquet is a social night planned for the evening of September 18th at the Pomeroy Hotel & Conference Centre in Grande Prairie, AB. Enjoy a delicious dinner and networking opportunity while the National Award winners are presented with their Awards.

The CIF-IFC 2018 AGM will tentatively take place on September 19th from 7:00am-8:30am.

Poster Symposium
2018 Poster Symposium

The poster session will be held Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at the Pomeroy Hotel & Conference Centre, from 4:30-6:30 pm.

Whether you are a student or a researcher, you are welcome to submit an abstract to present a poster to share your research. Priority will be given to students, but all abstracts will be considered on a first-come first-serve basis. This poster session will provide an excellent opportunity to share your research, learn something new from a fellow poster presenter, and discuss findings with professionals who may have experience or insight into the issues presented.
