CIF-SOS: Mission and Objectives

Mission:

To advance the stewardship of southern Ontario's forests, provide leadership in forestry, promote continuing education in forestry and foster public awareness of southern Ontario, Canadian and International forestry issues.

Objectives:

1. To promote the stewardship of southern Ontario's forests.
2. To promote the protection, conservation and restoration of forest ecosystems to provide a healthy environment.
3. To promote public awareness and education in forestry.
4. To provide opportunities for members to advance their knowledge and skills and enjoy an "esprit de corps"
