When will I receive my order?

Shipping times will depend on shipping destination and inventory. Please expect to receive your order within 1-3 weeks from date of purchase.

Returns

Not satisfied with your item? The CIF-IFC (seller) accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase.

Customer is responsible for additional shipping costs associated with returning an item. Return labels will not be provided.

Exchanges

Not the size or colour you were looking for? The CIF-IFC (seller) accepts exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products within 30 days of original purchase.

Once the exchange is issued by the seller, the customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to the seller. Return labels will not be provided.

Item(s) being returned for exchange must be sent to and received by seller within 14 days of exchange issue date. If the item(s) is not received by seller after 14 days, the customer will be charged the full amount of the new item(s).

If there is a difference in price of the merchandise being exchanged, customer will be responsible for that cost.
